What better way to “celebrate” the spirit of a “centenary” like regurgitating yet another tired special edition? Such an innovative and creative idea that totally has not been repeatedly forced onto the people by any other automaker before!
The last of eight (8!) special edition models, BMW 330e “Celebration Edition” is shrouded in a lavish and exquisite BMW Individual “Tanzanite Blue” metallic paint finish. On the inside, you can revel in the luxuriant BMW Individual “Opal White” Merino Leather seating surfaces. Keeping up with the incessant inclusion of BMW Individual selections is the BMW Individual “Piano Black” finish interior trim. The BMW Individual leather-upholstered dashboard is also equipped, and on the technological side, the mind-blowing BMW iDrive 4.2 (it’s outdated already! *wink face*) with BMW Apps, Remote Services, and Head-Up display is combined with this extravagant offer.
And following the typical spirit of unnecessary special editions, out-of-this-world 19" BMW Individual wheels are bundled in with this whole BMW Individual Individuality Celebration of 100 Years package. Performance upgrades are noticeably and unsurprisingly absent, leaving you with an outrageous combined 252-horsepower output, with a 184 horsepower engine and an 88 horsepower electric motor. Why does that not add up, you may ask? I presume that they were most likely too enamored with
Individuality
that they forgot how to perform basic arithmetic.
Pricing starts at 6,780,000 yen, or about $61,000 USD. With all of the Individual stuff that you are getting, it actually is not that bad of a value. Of course, it is up to the buyer to determine whether that is or is not the case.
TL;DR: It’s individual . Deal with it.

I see your unnecessary special edition and would like to add this 50th Anniversary Corolla to it.

At 11,040,000 yen, or about 1.62 x the going rate of this one, that's easier said than done.

Well, this is Japan, so it's naturally a lot more expensive. I'm surprised this special edition retails for only 6,780,000 yen!
